| This Commander 2900 Docking Station is a training station for the Avidyne EX-500 GPS receiver used in general aviation, business and military aircraft.
The Commander Docking Station is a desktop trainer that allows the pilot to review basic, intermediate to advanced GPS functionality in a non flying environment. The Commander Docking Station is also used by pilots, avionics and maintenance personnel for firmware updates and GPS verification checks before a flight. This is the perfect piece of equipment to allow you to familiarize yourself with a moving map display that can access radar modes, tilt control and bearing adjust. |
