This CPS designed exhaust mounting system is a no-weld bolt-on answer to the mounting of any side mount exhaust system to Rotax 532 & 582 liquid cooled engines. This system takes advantage of the lower crankcase mounting bosses as shown that are normally used for engine mounting in snowmobile & the rubber cushioned mount system provides excellent vibration isolation to protect exhaust parts from stress fractures. The stainless steel muffler clamps are a heavy-duty .050 thick secured by a bolt drive and hi-heat locknut. A fire-proof cushion (#11) is used to guard against contact of the clamp and the channel bracket (#12 – Not included). The CPS exhaust mounting kit is the simple answer to your exhaust mounting problems.
