The Champion CT923 Cutter allows for oil filters to be cut in either direction. This is a complete tool with no parts or adapters to change. It is very easy to use, and will provide a simple effective means of cutting open oil filters. This also cuts the Champion filters used on the Rotax 912 and 914 engines.
